Fairness, an Important Attribute

Fairness is people feeling sensitive to the needs of others. Fairness is intrinsically important, for where including others and valuing their uniqueness is vital. We live in a diverse country, so we should celebrate diversity. Many people in our school, our community, treat people with the dignity and consideration with which they would like to be treated. We see a lot of students that aren’t as considerate as the people who are, indeed, fair. It’s important that everyone gets what they want depending on who they are and where they are at. Ultimately, fairness is not only to make myself, but everyone feel good about themselves, help boost their self-esteem and that is why this character trait is more essential then others. If you cheat, you’re only cheating yourself. If you work at something, you’ll appreciate it even more when you’re finished. If you cheat, who really wins? Not you.
