Honesty

In my opinion, I find that honesty is the most important character trait. I think that, because an honest person is someone knows to always do the right thing. And also an honest person has all of the other important character traits, i don't think that there can possibly be an honest person who is not respectful, or co-operative. Many people think that honesty is just based on "not lying" but its not just about that, its about knowing the right thing to do.
