Responsibility

In my opinion, responsibility is a very important character trait. If we were not responsible, we would not get any work done. If we are not responsible, we might make a wrong decision which could get someone hurt. Not doing work that you are assigned to do is also being responsible, especially if you are working in a team and your team is counting on you to get your part done. You can gain respect from others and people would learn to trust you more because they know that they can depend on you to get the job done. There are other important character traits, but i think that responsibility would be a very important one when it comes to building character.
